GREAT experience!!!! The girl I ordered from, Melinda was VERY pleasant!! I would definitely go back. I went somewhere else for breakfast in the earlier part of the day & the customer service was awful. Melinda definitely was a breath of fresh air.

Lauren took really good care of me she was very polite,courteous, and professional I do not normally go back to places in Hallandale because of bad service, but Lauren has made me a true IHOP customer that will definitely come back and invite friends and family thank you IHOP for properly training your staff.

Great customer service experience and the food was to die for. I had the Santa Fe skillet trust me you cannot go wrong with any of their skillets !!

Asked for an extra bread. Waiter by the name of Melinda told me " this is IHOP..here there is no bread " ....???...and she left without even listening. When she came back to bring the food, I showed her the pictures from the menu over my phone..the menus with toasted bread...she sad " I did not order that " with very ugly and unprofessional manner...What I did to this people? I only asked a bread...She left and explained the issue to the manager. Even the manager did not pay any attention to me. This is a weird place with weird people...Stay away. !!!
