First time at IHOP was great! The food was excellent! The dining room, however, was freezing. Like, at least 55 degrees. Bring a jacket and you'll be able to enjoy it better!Food: 5/5

After staying and working a New Years Eve Event and going back to our hotel room for the night. My wife and I made plans to go to iHop for breakfast instead of eating at the Hotel, BIG MISTAKE! We pulled into a half empty parking lot and people standing at the door waiting to be seated. Thinking they had a mad rush we were being understandable. 20 mins for a table according to the waitress/hostess and when I look at the number of cleaned and unsat tables I was enthusiastic she over estimated, yup I was WRONG. Waited an hour to get a seat, waitress just wanted to push us in and out, but after putting in our orders we get told they are out of this and that. As we sit at our tables the line out the door keeps growing and yet no one is being sat. There are four wait staff seating people and the largest table is a 6top. There is no excuse for the lack of service or care that this staff shows from the kitchen to the wait staff and manager. Worse yet as we were finishing up our meal we watched two tables get up after ordering and walk out, as customers ask for the Manager and she Hides in the Kitchen.

I don't believe there were enough employees working during our visit. The food took longer than we expected for what we ordered. We also observed other patrons enter and no one at the desk to greet them and seat them. The food, once arrived was pretty good but not as hot as it should have been if brought out right after being plated.  Parking: Plenty of parking in front as well as around the restaurant!  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair compliant!

Stopped in on 5/27/24 early Hardly anyone there. We husband & I asked for regular coffee and our server said they ran out, as he had given the last pot to the table behind us. So I had to order decaf, which I hate. I then asked for 1/2 & 1/2 and he told me they were out of that, as well. Our only option was Hazelnut creamer or milk????We got our food and it was cold. No Butter. So asked for that, which they had. Cold butter on cold pancakes, not so good! Our server was polite. Management which I never saw - one of the servers actually seated us was lacking! Based on this visit, my next trip to Lancaster will not include eating here!!

The manager greeted us he was cool, and our waitress was the absolute sweetest. The food was bad the steak was cooked well but the hashbrowns in the omelette were not cooked. At all. Just a little warm. Then i got a side of hashbrowns still not cooked just a little crisp on the outside also sitting in a puddle of grease. Appetizer sampler the mozzarella sticks were not hot. The chicken strips were way over cooked. The waitress though she was amazing

First IHOP I have ever been too that was not busy. It was empty 6 :30 am. Took forever to get coffee and then 20 minutes for cream. Told not to worry she was getting it. Morning crew came in stood around to talk, one guy started to clean high chair. This place is filty,  needs to be detailed cleaned.  Train employees to come ready to start to work. Give them a worksheet of what needs to be done. Clean this place up.

One waitress on a Sunday afternoon. She tried her best, but we watched two different families walk out at two separate times because they waited so long to get their orders taken. We waited about 30+ minutes for just our drinks. Our food was decent but the bill for 4 of us was $74.00! For a breakfast! Sorry IHOP we won't be back anytime soon.

I think it was our servers first day. went for breakfast, there was maybe 6 people in the whole restaurant. Starting with the hostest. She acted like she just didnt want to be bothered. Service was very slow and also cold. I expected better from IHOPFood: 1/5

I had to wait 40 minutes for my meal.I was informed several times that my meal was coming. They told me when I was seated that the waitress was in training. She wasn't getting checked on. Finally I got my meal the bacon was not totally cooked . My friend told them no cheese on the eggs they had cheese on it. They accommodated her with another plate. I have worked with the public many years serving food. I hope in the near future , it will get better.

Giving one star because I cannot give 0. We were sitting down for over 20 minutes and nobody came to ask if we even wanted water. They had just enough servers and the table in front and behind us were being served. Even the one cleaning noticed we were not even being asked if someone was helping. We decided to leave. It was not overly crowded either, I’m a very patient person but how can you walk pass our table multiple times and not notice anything.
