Went in close to 10. Was told there would be a wait till the new server got on. I was fine with that. It gives me time to look at the menu. I didn't get the menu or even a water till the new server got there and was promptly was told that the new server had to give the previous server a ride home leaving me and several others with out a server. The cook came out and turned about 15-20 people away and it even sounded like he locked the door. The state of the men's room and several ceiling tiles on the dinning area had lots of water damage also the stall door was broken and held by duct tape. Made me wonder if this was a good choice because of the maintenance issues that I saw. The food was good but not what I ordered and had to be corrected.
With some difficulties between employees it was still nice. Our food sat in the window for 15 minutes because of these difficulties but still when our food came it was hot and tasty. Will definitely returnFood: 5/5
Super busy for a Sunday. NOT THE WORKERS FAULT AT ALL! The service was okay but definitely could have been better. The food was good and hot when we finally got it though. I ordered the steak omelette with Pancakes and a side of bacon. It was ALOT I couldn't finish it all.
Three stars for the food one extra star for the server. The food was okay, about what you would expect from a low end restaurant not bad but not great, slightly bland. The server on the other hand was excellent she was very nice and very helpful. Kid-friendliness: Kids would love this place especially pancakes. They have loads of different flavored syrups. I'm sure the kids would like that as well. Parking: Lots of parking no issues with it at all. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access the doors are plenty wide to get in and out and they could move a chair so that you can sit at the table the front doors are not automatic so you would need to have somebody open them. But I would say this place is wheelchair accessible.
Slow! Just painfully slow, I had some very hungry kids with me and it took about n hour to get pancakes, and it was not super busy, also got charged for the kids meals even though it was clearly posted kids eat free, yeah they don’t. Super annoying, however our server was great, very nice and helpful and when the food came it was pretty good, also not super clean there was napkins and other things left in the booth so kinda gross.
The worst dining experience. We walked in and were not greeted or even acknowledged. Then stood around forever, just for a waitress to ask us if we've been helped. Finally got seated and got water. Our waitress took our order, then put it in. Twenty-five minutes later, still no food; come to find that the kitchen had not even started on it. Everyone around us with larger parties had drinks and food. Upon realizing this, we gave it another five minutes, then decided to leave. Very disappointing.
Had a very late night breakfast, so it wasn't very busy. Tried the lemon berry crepes... so yummy! Also got a hot chocolate and it was more like a bowl than a cup lol. The waitress was very nice, I wish I could mention her but I forgot her name. Good times had by all.Food: 5/5
Food was great! One of the best waitresses I've seen. On top of things and very nice. Felt comfortable in temperature and the wait was not long. Kid-friendliness: Nice to kids and they have a kid friendly menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be wheelchair accessible.
We were out of town and in search of a place to have a Thanksgiving meal. The food was ok, but the service was the worst. Our server, who conveniently wasn't wearing a name tag, had the worst attitude. At first I thought it might be due to a large group next to us that she was serving as well. However, the final straw for me was when she threw my son's plate on the table in front of him and then walked away while mumbling to let her know if we needed anything else. She did not come back to check on us after that. I eventually had to find another server so we could just get our check and leave. I made sure she understood exactly why we were upset with the level of service she provided. I will not be back.
The manager and staff are not professional and experienced to satisfy their costumer. Found an item inside a water glass and brought it to their attention, no one took it serious. There were food on the floor and tables were not clean at all. some of the seats are dirty and broken/burn out. DHHS was notified.
