Ordered country fried steak and when it came out you could CLEARLY see it had gone bad some time ago. I'm talking literal chunks in the gravy portion. Not the little meat pieces. The dairy part was chunky. I couldn't bring myself to touch a single thing on the plate. Ordered toast that either had mold or something not right on it. Manager tried saying it was from blueberries but it was IN the bread. So if it was berries, that toast had been sitting for a VERY long time. Thankfully my friend was able to eat his burger and fries, but I will never go back to this location and I urge you to do the same. Manager was completely unapologetic about the situation and all but told us to leave because I told him I didn't feel comfortable eating anything coming out of that kitchen.

Sat next to an unbiased table while other booths were clearly available. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time given short staffed. Servers were complaining openly but generally friendly. Not the best not the worst.Recommended dishesHash Browns

I went here after 11 pm because most everything else was closed. I got the breakfast sampler and a water to drink. All the food was really good and the staff was very friendly. The bill was over $14 not including tip.

Place was pretty empty when we got there. Service was a little slow, but the waitress was the only person that we saw in the front part of the restaurant. She was seating everyone, waiting tables, cleaning tables, and taking all the payments, but she was super friendly. Food was great.

Wow what a eye opener, first we had to wait to be seated in near empty restaurant, then ordered our food which was good ,but when you wanted a refill it was a journey to find someone to help !! .the entertainment was courtesy of bug just walking across the place until waitress finally stepped on it! ,instead of cleaning it up just left it on floor for all to see.  Will seriously consider this a last choice to eat at..

So disappointed. This place is filthy. The waitress was lovely but was not redeeming enough to come back. My silverware was dirty, the replacement set was also dirty. The solution? Plastic utensils. Okay, fine at least I know they are clean. The syrup had fuzziness, coffee was meh, and it smells in the dining area.  I feel bad because there was only one waitress for every table but as others have mentioned... it's not really busy.

Pickup order wasn’t ready when I arrived. None of the servers even looked in the direction of the people waiting to be seated. One even finished their shift and avoided walking near the line of customers. Restaurant wasn’t even half full. The server that finally approached after I stood near the front booth for 10 minutes was at least a little nice.

The food was okay. There was only one server working the entire lobby. Customers entered the building and nobody acknowledged them. Waited forever to eat. My husband enjoyed his food but it wasn't good enough to tempt me to return. They definitely need to hire more employees.Food: 3/5

I walked in 11:30 p.m. on a weekday waited for almost 20 minutes and not one waitress said one word to me. FYI, there was only four tables with customers and two waitresses who had more than enough time to say something to me.  As both had looked over at me at least a couple of times by now. I just got off work after work. He 12 hours in enough was enough so, as I got up to walk out the waitress and some other customers looked over at me and I heard a laugh... Moving forward the next night my girlfriend ordered curbside pickup because she was set on getting IHOP. I picked up a two-person meal with tip paid $44. The waitresses that night were different waitresses and we're also friendly in pretty helpful, but at the same time the establishment had no one in it. One waitress was literally sitting down playing on her phone eating food which I don't mind just setting the The picture for everyone so it wasn't like they had literally anything else to do. Anyways got home. My girlfriend was not happy with her meal. Her strawberry crepes only came with two small cream cups for the crepes and six crepes... When she called to complain. They admit the portions were a little small but all they could do was make her another of the exact same meal with the exact same portions and we can come pick it up tonight.... Which I just found astonishing so you wouldn't give us a cup of more cups of cream, but you would gladly make us an entire new meal for free if we'd come pick it up. Which I would not after working 12 hours all day and pay $44 for a cold meal that my girlfriend was not happy with. No thank you!!! I'd rather just go to Waffle House at least there I never have high expectations to begin with...lol

What a mess. The doors into the restaurant are both broken. Slow to get sat. Our table we were sat at was dirty and broken. Sever was inattentive and ran away as soon as they dropped our food off. Order was wrong and had to wait for them to drop our food off to get our correct order. Then never saw our server again to pay. Had to go up front to pay. Definitely won't be coming back to this IHOP.
