Food was great, as usual, freshly made in front of us. The atmosphere is as you would expect for Waffle House. The service was the best part of our visit. Cassie really is a Rock Star and hope to see her there again. Thanks for taking such good care of us and even our take-out order that we added.Food: 5/5
I went into Waffle House tonight and the customer service was beyond exceptional. I was greeted by an employee name Dylan Chase and she greeted me with a great attitude and was very understanding and patient with me while helping me with my order . I will say the other employee Sassy Cash was very helpful and assisted me with my request as well. Also they show great team work because I had multiple orders and they assisted each other and got my order done quick and had a positive attitude throughout!
Super kind and fun staff. In regards to food and atmosphere, it's a waffle house, but the people working there made it a terrific experience.Food: 5/5
This is our first time at this location in quite a while. I agree that the music is way too loud and we sat below a speaker to boot. The restaurant was full. The wait staff was attentive and quick. The food was good Waffle House/diner food. All in all a good experience.
Sunday July 31 I'd like to say thank To the 2 female waitress, Who Spoke up to let the people know that the table was preserved for me,. Also thanks to my waitress who did a wonderful job Waiting on me To the cook thank you the food was good,. Oh and I didn't forget the guy who was washing the dishes yes I have notice.. to the whole crew members ! at the big W house I'd like to say thank you,. You made my morning
It's been a while but the food was good and hot. Service was good and the waitress refilled drinks in a timely manner. Beware if ordering double hash browns, I think they are more like trippled!lol
I drive past a waffle house to go to this location because two main reasons. First the staff I way more friendly. And second the food is always way better here. Again I go out of my way to go here.
INSIDER INFORMATION! This place is DISGUSTING! I worked one shadow shift as a manager in training and was appalled at what happened while working. The grill was so dirty it caught fire! So what does the manager do?...he takes the grate off and catch pan off and puts it on the floor which is covered in dirt and who knows what else and sprays the fire out...Then he puts it right back on the burners and continues to cook on it! I made a waffle and black char from the waffle maker was stuck on both sides of the waffle that was sent out to the customer! One more thing...Ryan the MOD, didn't take any temperature of the food that sits out all day because he didn't have a thermometer! Food safety at its best. Horrible place to work and ill never eat there...they are getting reported!
Hot, delicious, fresh breakfast food served by sweet, smart loudmouth servers. I love this place. We visited from Pittsburgh. Donna was terrific and gave us help as tourists. Thank you Donna.
