I’ve never left a review for anything. so I’m really unable to articulate what I need to convey. all I know is that the towards the end of my meal, the texture of the chicken changed. I spit out what was in my mouth. And took a look at the chicken to see what you’re able to see. Devin needs to be suspended, not fired.
Food: My lady and I shared a fajita omelette. It was pretty good. We added the avocado. The fruit was amazing. It was fresh, crisp and sweet; tasted like candy. The pancakes were good too. Service: Lindsey was a good server. we have no complaints about her what so ever. She was professional, prompt and polite. Atmosphere: typical For IHOP Only Con: though the fruit was amazing, can’t believe this little bowl costs $4.20! The omelette plate, add fruit and avocado w/ coffee came to about $25
I wasn't expecting much when I visited this IHOP around 7pm on a Sat night, my teenage daughter was craving pancakes. I must admit we had great food chicken strips & pancakes and even better service by TORI A per my receipt which is why I felt compelled to leave this review. She was extremely personable and super attentive! I noticed her friendly energy was directed towards all her tables, not just us. I think it's important to leave positive reviews when you walk away from a dining experience with a smile all because your awesome waitress! I wish I could've completed the receipt survey to highlight the amazing service, but it expired in 3 days before I had the chance.
Ms. Rhonda takes the BEST care of you if you come in when she is on the floor.. I've not had a disappointing meal when she is working.
They gave us raw chicken in our burrito bowl after being out of tortillas and it was supposed to come with fries but they never brought out our fries. Service wasn’t the best as well but that wasn’t my biggest concern. This wasn’t the first time either, my visit has been bad the last few times i’ve been here, so i’ve tried to keep my opinions to myself but something had to be said.
The server was great! She was very friendly and immediately corrected the mistake made by the kitchen. We would definitely return to this restaurant.Food: 5/5

I used to love their food but some reason the quality of IHOP has been getting worse and worse. Service is good and all but it is not as tasty as it used to be.
Great service, clean friendly atmosphere, clean establishment. I've been dying there for 10 years the staff is phenomenal. Considering being short-handed throughout the whole pandemic they never seem to miss a beat in their customer service and food presentation.
