0 stars. This location claims to be a uhaul dealer. We brought the uhaul at 9 am the day it was due. The cashier at the register told us her manager would check it in and we would get an email. They didn’t check it in until the next day and we were charged a late fee. When I called about it they basically said it wasn’t their problem and it was our fault for coming after hours, when we came we soon as they open. The lady was extremely rude on the phone and did not care at all that they messed up. She completely blew me off. They took zero accountability
People are friendly, family-owned business, great service! I can't help but hope for the family that owns this establishment to succeed. Immigrants who come to America in pursuit of the American dream... I like them and really hope they're successful.
Went to use the bathroom while my wife used the other one. The lady behind the counter tells us its broken. My step dad goes in after pumping the gas and we see the lady hand him a key to the bathroom. The lady straight up lied to me and my wife for whatever reason. I would have bought something if it was neccesary but she just decided lying was an easier option. Happened at 0900 on the 19th of dec
