Our server was very nice and all the food came quick. Everyone enjoyed their meal but there were a few issues with serving, sides didn't come until we asked about them and one person in our family got three pancakes instead of 4. Great experience.  Our waiter was Trey, he was great, very friendly and attentive. My coffee cup was full and had plenty of creamer as requested.  The food was good too I had pumpkin pancakes with sausage, scrambled eggs and hash browns, and the kiddo got a special seasonal pancake meal with blue sparkly icing. Really good friendly service. Food was good at an average price.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone actually came to the table to i troy dice themselves as the waitress. Customer service was quick and rude , i should not be asked “ is that all” 10x in between ordering my food. Wasn’t offered a refill for my soft drinks or water , wasn’t offered napkins or asked “  how is everything “ . Highly recommend better training for waitresses . Customer service can go a LONG way!

Experience was horrible. Waitress was sitting in the table area smoking a vape Watching videos. Nobody checked on us even one time including the manager who walked past our empty glasses 3 times. Was supposed to be my sister's birthday dinner in which we all left miserable. Forgetting to mention how EVERY one of our meals were messed up but nobody was around so we just ate what they brought paid and left.

Made a pick up order.  Had the Colorado omelette w/buttermilk pancakes and onion rings.  Everything was delicious. Customer service on point.  Would order from again.

Food was NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR The Waitress Very Rude..smart mouth to Correct the problem I'm a Diabetic had to eat eggsonly I  Pd &  Left with the Meal in a box I Won't Go Back to this one .. Off of Rossville &  BELAIR  Road   Ceiling EXHAUST  Was VERY FILTHY

I only put one star just because it would not let you put no stars for this horrible service  The worst IHOP ever , stay away manager fights on the employees, today was a big fight in the diner , so unprofessional no experience employees there just through out there to figure it out.     Stay as far away , spend your hard earning on something with customer service this place sure do not know what that means.

Rochelle was an amazing server. Very attentive to our needs. Food service was fast.Food: 5/5
