They take their time to build every sandwich with love. Maybe they owe me some money because i basically worked here to rebuild the sandwich myself.
Meh. Waited 17 minutes for a 10 piece nugget meal. Had to go up and ask for them make my order after watching two people who ordered after me do the same and get their meal first. Even so food was hardly warm. Just skip this location and drive a bit further to Campbell Blvd
Return of the McRib is a flop if they all are like the one I had this afternoon. It seamed smaller then in the past and the bar b cue sauce was missing. I remember in the past the patty was dripping with sauce. The one I had had only a smear of sauce On the bottom bun. The cost didn't warrent the product.They can put it back in storage for me. I won't buy another.
When will the management see these reviews and do something....later in the evening, and early morning hours, this location only takes your orgder if they feel like it. I sit in front of a order screen in silence 70% of the time, and when they do take my order, I get a soggy mcmuffin that is burnt, yes still damp from something.
Ordered a bacon quarter pounder. Imagine my surprise when I bit into it, there was no beef patty . How in the world do you forget the beef patty in the quarter pounder. That’s ridiculous!! I feel like the workers must be high on something! Avoid at all costs
Did not get my hashbrown at the drive through Calle them and asking for refund for the hasbrown and said not able to do over the phone. Well I am late for work so I can not go back and will not be back to this place!
The last time I stopped by here for lunch was sometime in August of 2013. Since then, a few things have changed. The first thing I noticed was this McDonald’s ordering kiosk when I visited here, one of them was not working. They are user-friendly and accept major debit and credit cards, as a preferred payment method. As usual, the Big Mac meal is mmm…mmm… good! Did I mention, McDonald's Coca-Cola tastes better than all the others?! This is not the fanciest McDonald's, a.k.a. "modern and progressive." For some McDonald’s customers, ordering kiosks can be frustrating, especially when they are trying to order something with cash or cryptocurrency, instead. Hopefully, the Chicago-based fast-food company will retrofit these kiosks to accommodate cash and perhaps, cryptocurrency as well transactions in the future. Sorry folks, “customer-operated soda fountains” are no longer available. Also, McDonald’s “Dollar Menu Items” are gone. Do not expect to find "the build-your-own-salad bar" that has 19 ingredients, including different types of greens, quinoa, and sauces.
Their food show be made fresh consistently simply because they're not extremely busy on a consistent. I'm a little disappointed about old fastfood given out at this location
Fast service, not too friendly. Food was good, bathroom was clean and we were able to get in and out quickly with our order correct.
I don't know why for the bad reviews maybe it was the time of day people went to mcdonalda I want there around 12 at night for a quarter pounder with bacon large fries and a 20 piece of nuggets and for the first time I had all three items to be hot and fresh never went to this location but others were horrible but white marsh made me happy and the Spanish girl that was at the drive thru was nice sweet and had a nice smile
