I have often been to IHOP in other locations, but we really enjoyed our food here. Breakfast was delicious, the protein pancakes were really good. It was a weekend day, so it was busy. We were seated in about 15 minutes. Good service.

They were a little short staffed, but once we were seated every thing was good. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet and it was good and way to much to eat so I had leftovers for later.

I am writing this email in reference to the excellent customer service my family and I received while dining at your restaurant.  On December 26,2022 my family and I went to the Rosedale location at 8620 Pulaski Hwy it was extremely busy and crowded.  This was the day after Christmas and so lots of people were out to eat.  My family and I were impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service we experienced especially when we saw how busy the restaurant was.  We were seated and our waitress was prompt and ready to assist with our needs.  I was so impressed I asked to see the manager on duty.  I didn’t expect to speak with the manager as quickly as I did but I was pleasantly surprised when she appeared at our table.  She was busy to say the least but took the time out to attend to my family.  We of course spoke highly of our waitress and the entire staff on duty as they were going above and beyond to ensure every guest was treated as if they were the most important person in the room.  You don’t see this level of professionalism and customer service these days and we told your manager as much.  We will be returning to this location more often and we hope that the same level of service we received that day will be repeated.  Kudos to the management and staff at 8620 Pulaski Hwy!!!

This is unacceptable there was no manager on duty. My question is who's holding the serv safe certificate. This was the worst IHOP I have been to in a while. The server said the the humidity did this to the salt. Then my food comes out cold    as all out doors. When I asked for the manager there was no manager to be found in site. I was told the manager was not scheduled to be in until 9:30 10:00 so then I asked well if the health inspector came in who hold the serv safe certificate. I don't know who needs to hear this but This Restaurant Needs To Be Inspected for a number of reasons. In This Covid era somebody's going to get sick eating out of this restaurant. It's just sad that so many people take jobs that they  have no passion for at this point the entire staff needs to be fired. FYI there was only one costumer in the entire store but it took us almost thirty minutes to get our food for it to be cold    UNACCEPTABLE.

Me and my grand-daughter enjoyed the food and our waiter was responsive. The restaurant was quiet, not a lot of patrons on Sunday during the time we went.  My grand-daughter reminded me to get my senior discount I'm 55, she's 10 yrs old! Always looking out for GiGi!Food: 5/5

was greeted politely but The table was dirty.. food was fast but very disappointing as I barely took 3 bites of the crepes and instantly regretted ordering them. My pancakes as well were not at the standards I expected. 10 mins in eating I got my check wasn’t asked how the food was or if I needed anything. I don’t expect no European customer service but it’s the little things that count. I got even more disappointed when I had to wait 25 for takeout boxes.. after a few hours the food is making me feel sick.

Ordered two eggs over medium they were hard as they could be, side order of crispy bacon it was slimy and undercooked. Side order of white buttered toast which was hard and cold the only thing that saved the day on this visit was the extremely delicious hot home fries. Might revisitFood: 2/5

The place was really crowded today, Sunday afternoon after church. Our waiter and food were excellent! Great experience!Food: 5/5

The restaurant is amazing. We were waiting for our server, but she did not show up. Then Jackie saw us and jumped into action. Even though we were not in her section, she took our order. That's what is called commitment to provide good service. Jackie deserves a raise.

Our waitress was the best! I'm always impressed when they bring the exact order and never write it down. Bacon was perfectly cooked and crispy. Eggs were egg-selent!! Great IHOP!
