I've been to millions. It seems, but this one was just special enough for me to type. What a wonderful experience it was having Oscar. Served me and my wife with exceptional service tells me that management wise. This particular location has the formula of success and that people love smiles great service.  And the food already speaks for itself.

Really nice location outside the area. For where this is located the service and atmosphere is fantastic. The surrounding business aren't nearly as nice and coming here is always a treat. The staff is friendly and nice and the food is great, better than other IHOP locations.  With the prices now so high at fast food it's actually cheaper or about the same price try just eat at IHOP and obviously you get better quality food and service. I recommend checking out their prices before hitting the fast food spots.

Clean place, friendly staff, and good food. Came in before the crowd, cause this place is always busy!  I had the lemon ricotta crepe combo with bacon, egg and hashbrown. A little on the sweet side for me, but the crepe itself is no disappointment.  Hot coffee,  and very friendly waitress,  just forgot our utensils, and who ordered what.  Overall, I want to thank the staff, and especially the cook, you  hooked it up! Inspite of the packed place we did not have to wait long to be seated. The staff clearing the tables was quick and efficient. The waitress took our order promptly. The food came quickly from the kitchen. The gracious courtesy of the staff to all the diners was nice to see. We recommend this restaurant highly.Food: 5/5

O my my biscuit with cream cheese and strawberries was sososo delicious. Just maybe a little more strawberries  will be ordering that again.. and all the smiles and great greetings were very nice...I can tell they love there job.Food: 5/5

I thought it would be nice to come here on my birthday today. When I first arrived I wasn't even greeted. I was tempted to leave but I stayed waiting for an additional 6 minutes when finally I was asked if I have been helped. Keep in mind there was nobody waiting to be seated. When I finally was seated I asked the waitress about any birthday specials she stated she knew nothing. I mean she works here and know nothing. I should have left right then but since I was already seated I'll make the best of it. Happy birthday to me. I will not be visiting here again.

This is your usual IHOP that you know and love with a new twist. They have upgraded their menu. Something for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service here is great and everyone is nice. It's glad to indoors again enjoying food. This location is next to other fast food chains if ppl are being picky

I really like this IHOP. The food has always been good and friendly staff.  I love that they have a healthier option for pancakes, their protein pancakes, and they are delicious.Food: 4/5

Delicious food, very courteous staff, overall an excellent place to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late-night snack for us. Usually there is a long wait to be seated at this location, but since we went at around 9pm, we were seated almost immediately. One of my favorite spots to have a late-night meal with friends and family. I had the Chicken & Waffles, absolutely tasty and a step above Denny's!

First time at this location. Waitress are courteous and welcoming. Wait time was minimal. We got a spicy poblano omelette and the spicy shredded beef bowl and they were super good. Definitely will be back.
