I am honestly beyond disgusted, I and 14 starving girls wanted to order through the drive-through without a car and we weren't served. What is this buffoonery? The workers ignored us! #unbelievable! Never eating at jack in the box again. Bad customer service. L jack in the box.

They ignored customers. Lobby still not open at 6:30am. Manager gave me a dirty look when I had a look of confusion after she locked the door after an employee came inside from the car. I had to call up to ask opening time. All employees 5-6 ignored two customers knocking at the door at 6:10am. Very rude workers who obviously should have got a desk job instead. Don’t go here.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this jack-in-the-box is ridiculous! A few girls and I stood in the drive-thru while it was raining to order, we would have gone inside, but they had the doors locked. They were meowing and laughing into the mic and completely ignoring us while we were trying to take our order. Then, when we walked away, they looked at us and laughed! This is just unacceptable...

Went here months ago when several of the local fast food restuarants closed before closing hours due to lack of staff.  It was past 11pm and their appeared to be only 2-3 staff on duty.  Their were a dozen cars in the drive thru, but we were through the line and with our food within 15-20 minutes.  Furthermore, the male staff member taking our order was above-and-beyond helpful and positive.  Finally, when we got our order it was accurate and delicious. What efficent and outstanding team. Ordered a whole family meal and asked for sauce they gave me one each and charged me for 1 more sauce after asking for more, keep having to repeat my order. After asking when they started charging for sauce the manager/or lead rudely cut me off while I was asking the person at the window they said 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t born yesterday I come here every 2-3 days and they always give me all the sauce I ask for no charge. Also needs to fix her attitude

Workers were nice. Food came out quick. Fries were fresh. Cheese wasn't melted onto sandwich, though. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Food was good overall.

Third time that we stop here to eat and the dining room is closed before closing time. Even though the sign says they close at midnight we have arrived as early as 10 p.m. to find the doors locked. Crappy management. UPDATE..... I was there last night 10 p.m. Doors open, bathroom clean and attentive workers behind counter,  keep it up Jack!   Starting to change my opinion about this location.

JACK IN THE BOX IS MAKING TOO MANY MISTAKES. YESTERDAY AT 9:45am ORDERED A BREAKFAST JACK, I GOT WRONG ORDER AGAIN!!! EVERY J IN THE BOX THAT I VISIT EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS SPEAKING SPANISH, LAUGHING AND HAVING TOO MUCH FUN, MAYBE THATS WHY THEY MAKE SO MANY MISTAKES. MANAGEMENT IS DOING A POOR JOB, TOO MANY MISTAKES!!!

I was there 11-25-2022 at 7:30 pm l ordered a double Jack combo, they must have run out of hamburger Patty’s cause when I got home I had a single Jack with no cheese. Thank you for taking my money and screwing up my order

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Worst service and employees I’ve ever encountered. I waited 10 minutes in the EMPTY drive thru with multiple girls and had no response! If you’re not going to do your job correctly then quit!
