On Sunday afternoon, the pkace was no full, they let us wait for about 20 mints just to get out name and put in on the list. Then once we we had a table they took another 20 mints to come and placed an order. I saw few people working but again , place was no busy at all. At this time we thought in leaving because if they took that long just to take the order, the food was going to take them way more. Fortunately, food was ready faster than we expected. We really enjoyed the food and forgot about the waiting time.

I tried items on the Willy Wonka menu for breakfast and dinner. They were delicious and surprisingly looked just like the picture on the menu! Service was amazing and the restaurant was clean. I have a few more items to try so I'm definitely going back.Food: 5/5

My post keeps not fully posting, but I am yet again on the toilet  & and consistently burping a sulfur smell after eating at IHop yesterday. I've been going multiple times this past week after Xbox launched their Indiana Jones game cross promotion. So far, I have gotten one mug order and trying to gain more points to further get the set of 5. But anyway, I feel compelled to write this review as I sit back on the toilet for the second time within this hour. The burping and taste and odor of sulfur is also very aggravating to experience on Thanksgiving morning.  I would rather be watching the Macy's Day Parade than typing this. But actions must have consequences, so I'm leaving this review which has already generated a good result of sorts.  Called the restaurant 5 minutes ago and had the luck to speak with the regional director I think? She offered me a refund of my $10.17 but I don't want to harm them financially, I just want my local IHOP to do better. Hence this review.  Hopefully enough staff will see this so they strive to do better.  I will be back there on Friday or this weekend to try the French toast $6 fav, so I hope that experience goes better.  Happy Thanksgiving America. Gobble, gobble.

This location did something so simple, yet so perfectly brilliant today that I wanted to share this experience! When I walked in with my family of four at late “brunch” time on a Sunday, the place looked packed. The two hosts at the front desk informed me that they could seat us pretty quickly, but the kitchen was very backed up with orders and it could take as long as 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We all agreed that this was ok, and waited less than five minutes for a table. This one simple tactic, POSITIVE COMMUNICATION, was the clear difference between a great dining experience and people screaming and storming out of the restaurant! Expectations were set in advance, and all parties practiced their patience.  We were almost immediately greeted by our server, Kevin, whom quickly took our drink and food orders, with a quick reminder that it might be a long wait. He then suggested fried cheese sticks as an appetizer that he could bring out quickly with our drinks, and while appetizers aren't normal fare for breakfast, we said yes. We were hungry and who doesn't love cheese sticks?! Kevin, keep handling business like this! Excellent work!  Drinks stayed topped off, coffee was always hot and after playing word games and laughing for what didn't seem like a very long time, the food arrived fresh, hot, perfect.  IHOP, other restaurants, and dining patrons, please keep doing it this way. Thank you!

Food was okay. My service was terrible this time around. My server took forever to take my order. His tone while talking to me was very ugly. My total came out to $10 and some change i told him i was gonna pay cash he says thank you. I hand him $15 and he says “Have a blessed day.” $5 as his tip was not what i believe he deserved yet he just assumed that’s what he was getting. I was a little embarrassed for him therefore i didn’t say anything about getting change back. So yeah i left a 50% tip to horrible service …

We went around 10pm. Only one person working. It was very busy.  A lot of tables to attend. She was doing everything! She was able to manage the work load on her own. But this should not be acceptable at any work place. She was very nice and sweet and did not complaint a bit. Since it was busy, food took a long time to be served. If you are very hungry or inpatient, do not go here. Food portions are not what they used to be.

I would definitely give 5 stars if every staff member was as dedicated and attention oriented as Fernando. when we arrived the host dissapeared for some 10-15 minutes, Fernando was busy serving and bussing tables and went out of his way to get everyone in the waiting room sat. once sat, i saw Fernando continue to host, serve, buss, run food and help his coworkers. the server in my area did not adress me for 10 minutes, and again Feenando busy, went out of his way to add me to his tables and take care of me and my son ontop of the tasks he was already doing. He gave exceptional service and i commend him for his dedication to assisting. I hope his good work is seen here. thank you Fernando.  Food is always 10/10.

Terrible service, i waited 30 minutes for service and finally left. There were only 4 other families eating at the time. A family walked in after me and got a server before me. I let the waitress I saw know I have been waiting, she said your server is over there. He walked past me 4 times and didn’t even look my way.Food: 1/5

My party of two waited 40 mins for food..basic pancake combos.. It arrived so cold the butter wasn't even melting. The strawberries on the pancakes were literally FROZEN. The coffee was cold. Our waiter wasn't on the job like he should be  We are surround by numerous dirty tables.That wait staff walks by multiple times. I'd give zero stars if I could because this isn't the first time it's been like this.

It is simply not the IHop I once knew.  The location is in a sad state and has many vacant areas that need something there to mask that appearance.  Large plants might help. The checkout needs to be up front - not in the middle of the floor next to the kitchen. I will not return to that location for now.  Maybe improvements will be considered...
