People can't hear or verify your order right. I asked for a double cheeseburger, no onions. Medium fries and spirit. Kids meal with fry and apple juice. Why i get to kids fry and no medium fry. Pay attention to your customers next time. Or better yet, I should check my bag before leaving.Food: 4/5

It’s safe to say the people who work here don’t care about anything in life. Absolute trash service. How are you going to have an exact, itemized lost in front of you and get EVERYTHING wrong? First they forgot the sauces for 20 nuggets… went back, got the sauce, came home. Then discovered this “treasure.” Paid for cheese and bacon on the crispy chicken sandwich, these people only put pickles and chicken. No mayo. Just bread, chicken, and pickles. We ordered through the app so nothing should have been lost through translation. Do your job correctly. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I know McDonalds isn’t known for their quality service, but really? Worst Store there is by far.

I actually was a big fan until the other day I didn’t get the young women’s names nor did I keep my receipt, so I’m In The drive through the cashier was very delightful I pay then the wait was about 5 minutes, I then received my food and my fries were cold weren’t warm at all, I politely asked if I could have fresh fries the lady handing me my food didn’t speak English so she got assistance cool,I asked can I get my fries  fresh for both orders then the young lady tried correcting me telling me they’re hot I informed her that they weren’t I need my finger tips to be sensitive to the heat on my fries that’s what I mean by fresh, so she says they are hot then takes one bag frustrated with me  not grabbing the other returns with the fresh ones then gets mad when I tell her it’s for both orders then tells me the other bag is hot so I stuck my hands into the carton where the fries were and said if I can touch these fries and not flinch they’re not hot so she gets the bag throws it behind her on the counter then comes with fresh hot ones for the other order, she not they weren’t customers friendly at all and were frustrated at the fact that I had asked for my food how I liked it so December 27 2023 was my last day going to this location to short me on my fries aaand to tell me that the fries were hot and they clearly wasn’t is crazy to me  I’m tell everyone about this so that they will be aware of what kind of service they’re really providing

Worst McDonald's ever! STAY AWAY AND EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Rude staff, long lines. Most importantly, COLD AND OVERCOOKED FOOD! Do yourself a favor and skip this one. The location is close to my work, and silly me, I try to go every once in awhile to see if the service has gotten better. Let down once again! I went through the drive-thru and I wasn't able to see the menu on the screen. It appears that McDonald's has a fundamental flaw with their menu screens. What I mean by this is when the person before you orders, the order remains on the screen showing their full menu choice and amount due. You have to remember what you want on the screen PRIOR to arriving to the order screen. When I informed the employee that I was unable to see the screen he was quite belligerent and told me "it's not my problem and everyone complains about it". I spoke to his manager who appeared to also be clueless. Quite sure she is not going to say anything to him. Most importantly my fish sandwich combo was cold, the fries were hard, and the tea was watered down. Just a very horrible location and reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand.

When I got my order, they didn’t even give me my sauces for my nuggets. I had to ask again for them. I was eating my food and I felt like not eating it. I was eating my nuggets and my burger, I didn’t feel like eating it so I went for the fries. I experienced the most soggy fries I have ever had. Its like they’re soaked in grease. Maybe the rest is like that to because when I eat it, its giving me the feeling of not eating it. I looked at the guy and told him, “you just put 20 nuggets in my bag and you really not going to give me any sauces.” Smh. Its not that hard. Its common sense. Maybe when I ordered they guy didn’t add them but still, how you going to put 20 nuggets in my bag and no sauce and just give me the bag and close the window. Just terrible service.

The food can be hit or miss because the workers are young and lazy or just don’t care. Lobby will be dirty in the evening shift morning shift is the better shift. Honest they need to keep like 3 workers and start a whole new crew keep the black ladies and the young lady and young gentleman. The rest can goFood: 2/5

Raw chicken been served at this location Then charging people for bad service and bad food. 10:20pm - 1100 pm on 4-24-23 Bad people making food.  Can't get a refund either ..  do I call a lawyer?   You still haven't reached out to me

This McDonalds was unaware that the Veterans day free meal was available for both Saturday and Sunday. After spending more time in a drive through than I wanted and getting no free meal, I headed off to a different McDonald's location where I received the free meal I was promised.Food: 2/5

I went and got 2 kids meals 1 with a cheese burger and one with chicken nuggets, they asked me if I wanted double fries or apples I said double fries. I got home and only one of my kids had fries. The one box had a toy and burger that was it. Now I have unhappy children because I had to take fried from one and give it to the other. It was 2 kids meals is it that hard.
