Nice somewhat hidden IHOP. Expect a line when you arrive but seems to go by quick. Once seated the staff is very friendly at least the staff that I encountered ( host & 2 waiters). The food is what you would expect in an IHOP it doesn't really change over the years. Simple American breakfast and coffee. The ambience is relaxed and they have a good amount of booths so it was comfortable. Expect to smell like food when you leave since the kitchen is open and is somewhat in the middle of the dinning area.

Well listen guys as someone who is a trained server as soon as I walked in I saw problems. It's not the staffs fault that they are slow and kinda suck, they probably don't go through a training period to teach them basic things like how to carry glassware or even work together as a team. I saw one server in particular that was just hanging around not doing anything while we still hasn't been greeted not a help a smile nothing! But like I said before it's not entirely the servers fault, seems like IHOP is failing them. The food is great so imagine how much more they would make if the service was good too.

Pretty decent. Wish they'd wipe the syrup handles more often. Don't come late if you want seasonal items or special offers, they simply don't want to make them.

This has to be the worst IHOP I have ever eaten in. Service was horrible, from host all the way down to food presentation. How does the International House of Pancakes screw up pancakes??? Good question, got me beat. The waiter places our stuff at the end of the table for us to pass around, just horrible. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Worst IHOP I've ever been too in my life, probably the worst restaurant period. Walked in at about 11pm and there's was only one server and one cook. No manager on duty. Our server did not give us his name but he was freindly, his service on the other hand was no where to be found. When we walked in there was only two other tables and it took him 10 mins to take our order. Out waters came after he brought my girls food. And we still had to ask him for the waters. Then as my girl sits there waiting for my food, hers is just there getting cold. Now I'm sitting there watching him take a 6 tops order while he just got triple sat. Not really his fault that they were understaffed. Management needs to be replaced. I ended up walking out because it was the worst service I ever had. Who knows how long it would've took for me to get my food. I'd stay away from this IHOP, it sucks.
