today was exhausted 30 minutes waiting time on drive thru with only 4 car in front after place the order.  I left my car and approached the window and the ladies were playing without worry about the customers I asked for the Manager named Elizabeth who is not a nice person and look like as a person without any training for this position really with manager and employee like better go to another place for dinner

I'm so disappointed at this pollo tropical. I've eaten in multiple locations for many years now. But I've never received such horrible service. The chicken was very small and burned. The rice stale and the yuca didn't taste quite right. But the cherry on top was this flan that was almost 5 days past it's date. I assumed it was still safe to eat until I tasted the rancidness. I could've gotten sick, they are honestly lucky I'm not suing them for giving me expired food. 

Needless to say, go somewhere else. Stay away from this disastrous place.
