Neil My server was a good guy and fast and friendly and helpful.. I have been eating at IHOP, restaurant for over 35 years and they still have the knack for the best pan cake's and with the different types of cake's.. I would recommend going to this one in particular..has a nice set back and very accessable to get anywhere from here... 😇

Great food awesome staff. I have never been disappointed. There was even one time my wife wanted a special cheese sauce they had but it was previously discounted. Well the chef made one from scratch just for her without us even asking. He just overheard and took it upon himself to do it. That's 4 star restaurant service anyday but at an I hop.

This IHOP is usually great. However yesterday, when I ate a late breakfast there it was not crowded at all. However the three servers could not keep up whatsoever. We had to wait for seating when only about a dozen other tables were seated, with about three times as many tables available. On top of that it took 20 minutes to even get our drinks, another ten before she let us order, and then 45 minutes for chicken and waffles a few eggs and pancakes for 2 people. The food was as good as any IHOP but the service on a weekday at noon left very little to be desired.

Worst service ever! Called at 11:49 pm. I was put on hold without the server letting me know I was on hold. After about a minute on hold, I hung up and called back 5 times over the next five minutes and got a busy signal (assuming the phone was still off the hook at this point - so was I expected to sit for 5 minutes on hold with no service or check in?). Waited a few minutes and called back at 12:05 and was able to place an order for pick up. I was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I got there 12:30 am and still had to wait 10 minutes for my food (with an almost completely empty restaurant I might add). And then I get home to find that the medium well steak I ordered was anything but. And when I called back to speak with the server about my food, the phone just rang and rang until the line went dead (twice). I'm beyond frustrated with the service at this location.

Food wasn't hot. OK service. The vanilla coffee tasted weird with no flavor. Bacon was crispy which I liked. Turkey sausage was good. Eggs fluffy. Pancakes warm. He Hash browns. Ugh. . . Didn't eat after 1 bite.
