Food was delicious, service was EXCELLENT. The music playing was HIDEOUS. I eat here often PLEASE Change the MUSIC. Smooth jAzz would be nice

The manager needs to be demoted. The fact that I had to wait 15 minutes when there were five visible seats shows the incompetence of the managers training their workers. I actually got seated at one of the empty tables when we were called. They are efficiently staffed, but with the slowest people. The food was great as usual. Service is seriously slow.

No Waffle House is going to get five stars... It's Waffle House. That said, place came pretty darn close. Great staff, food was good and the place was IMMACULATELY CLEAN! Keep it up and your brand image might actually get you a 5 star rating.

Horribly slow service. No sense of urgency. I ordered my food to go and I would've come out better sitting down n just asking for a to go box. The people in the back looked clueless some times. A woman called her order in after mine and walked in and got her food before me. And the managers could care less
