Not a pleasant experience all for us, a small group of five: 1. Hostess seated us and we waited about 20 minutes before the waitress came, apologizing that the hostess didn't let her know she had a table (say what??) 2. It took another 25 minutes before we got our food, with just a FEW MINOR complaints - order incomplete, bacon burnt, pancakes cold, and we asked for drink refills which we never got until we had finished eating and were ready to leave (she kept forgetting, poor thing). So please add another 10-15 minutes of trying to get the order correct. 3. As for the incomplete order - while we sitting waiting in the car, my niece was at the checkout counter waiting to receive her missing chicken tenders from her meal. 4. Hostess and several wait staff constantly rubbed their hair and touched/rubbed their faces (noses & eyes) while serving food. Staff definitely needs proper training in customer service, sanitation requirements, and etiquette in a restaurant. We frequent IHOP often in Georgia and have always had excellent service. It's a favorite so we visit in other states as well but this was the worst! We will certainly not visit this location again. Oh, by the way we did speak with the manager/assistant and if she apologized we somehow missed it.

We actually had good service for a change. I was surprised more by this than anything else. The food has been good every time I have eaten here.

I found hair inside my omelet twice the first time I told the waitress and she had the cook make another. Then she brings it out I cut it in half to check and low and behold more hair I couldn't eat anything else I asked to speak with the manager. Who I personally think is a jerk who told me to pull it out which lead me to leaving without paying a tip or for the food. I paid for my beverage and left since it was the only thing that didn't have hair in it or at least from what I could see. Therefore left angry and disgusted at the employees and their revolting manners.

DO NOT EAT HERE. There are literally roaches crawling on the table. I'm pretty sure the wait staff are on drugs. The food is terrible, burnt pancakes and bacon but we were too afraid to send it back. This place is not clean by any means. Luckily we were just passing through on our way back from vacation. Someone should really check into this place and get it cleaned up or shut it down.

Top notch food and the service was great too. Nothing to complain about, even had clean bathrooms.
