This is pretty much a standard Wendy's but you'll find service with a smile here. It's convenient off I-95 so don't hesitate to stop in on your trip. It may be busy but service was fast.

Lord this place is crazy. 1 star only so I can write a review. I sat in line for 30 minutes before making my way to the intercom. The woman taking my order acted like she was hard of hearing because she kept asking me to repeat myself. She waited one minute before responding every time I tried to order. Finally when I got to the window, there was 5 people huddled up in a group talking about drama that occurred outside of work. I realized then that's the reason she couldn't take my order right. She waited for the other woman to finish her story before opening the window to take my money. Very poor service. Needs new management if the current management can't handle these issues.

The drive thru service was very very slow waited 25 minutes to get food. Then it looked as if it was thrown together.

Their parking lot sucks and they refuse to do anything about it. Put poles up like Chick-fil-A and force people into the drive-thru lane instead of blocking the entrance/exit.

The service is so slow. The other day the cashier was taking a bunch of orders and it took a long time to get the orders filled. She should have taken two or three orders, got them filled before taking more orders. Every time I go there it takes forever to get my order. That is why I hardly go there any more.
The food is good but they definitely need to work on service.
