Excellent service! We ate dinner with the whole family, all 6, 4 being children. Right away the baby started to fuss and make a scene. They were right on top of it though! Before we knew it they brought out some yogurt packs for the girls and had them quiet and calm. Our orders were all correct, everything was hot, and they were quick with any special requests (ketchup, refills, etc.). You guys nailed it tonight! Great job team!

Slightly below average but not horrible. Food was not very good. Prices are stupidly high and our waitress kinda sucked but that's on her not the restaurant. The other employees might be better. Not likely to return unless there's some really good coupons.

Coffee is very strong. My wife ordered tea but after we ordered drinks our waitress "justice" came out and said we aren't making any more tea. She should have said that before we ordered drinks. She is rude at times also. We come here often cause my daughters love this place but the attitudes of some of the waitresses needs to change.

Beautiful building, plenty of potential. However, nearly every table had dirty dishes covering them, with no staff clearing them. While the place had a good amount of customers, staff was very doubled up and appeared to be "having a good time" rather than providing quality customer service and maintaining cleanliness. A guest gets sick and only has one kit to clean up with? So customers should have to watch staff walk over it several times, go talk and laugh or continue to serve other tables? Yum! Not to mention poor quality service, staff would disappear long periods, when asking for special items and continued errors than expecting customers to pay, not busy yet staff could not process or prioritize. Milk shakes are ice cream not chocolate milk. And these were only a few of the concerns. Won't be back to this location.
