Extremely inconsistent.  When you go to a restaurant repeated times you expect a certain quality and taste every time.  This is especially true with fast food chains.  This Pizza Hut will make you the signature Pizza Hut style pizza one time and then some undercooked, sparsely cheesed pizza the next two times.  You never know what you're getting.  I guess it just depends on how high the kitchen staff is that day.

This is what you will get for fries if you bother with them. Its smaller then a small fry from McDonald's and it's almost 4 dollars.  They are very soggy and so not worth it. The consistancy of this place is terrible.

Headline: SCRANTON AREA PIZZA COMPANY PIZZA HUT APOLOGIZES TO VALUED CLIENT. SOME COMPANIES STILL KNOW HOW BUSINESS IS DONE. 

I ordered my pizza and I guess the order didn't go through correctly. They apologized, gave me my pizza for free, and got it to me shortly after my call. I could tell they felt very badly, but it wasn't much trouble and was worth the wait. The pizza was dope and super cheesy. Totally happy with how they handled the situation. Will most definitely order from them again. Thanks again pizza Hut, you're the bomb!

Use to be my fav pizza place. Not anymore. Skimp on toppings and cheese is far from the edge  of crust. Very disappointed.  Wings are very good pizza has lost its pazzaz

Ordered online for a carry-out. Ready when estimated and staff was very polite. Pizza was the expected quality of the chain.
