I usually love IHOP but I'm NEVER coming to this one again! I ordered my usual French toast combo and when it came out there was a hair in my eggs! They remade it but of course my stomach wasn't feeling good after that and I couldn't eat it all but they didn't even comp it or anything no discount what so ever! I'm so disappointed in the management and staff because that was disgusting.

I love this place. We have been coming here for t years now and management is amazing, servers are great and the food is so good! We even come here for Christmas Eve to get away from the crazy family and enjoy a good, comfortable meal. Thank you IHop!

Morning or late night visits are always a great experience for me when I go. The servers are super polite & professional. It's rare to see such good service in restaurants but they never fail.

Food not that great, omelette eggs weren't cooled thoroughly.  Coffee was like warm.  Service was slow n waitress returned twice n forgot drinks but wanted to know if things were okay  Restaurant was not full

After speaking to a server that there was not enough steak in her omelette, mgr Jerry tried to charge my sister extra to add more meat. This "manager" basically spoke to my sister as if she were a child instead of believing her that there was a lot less meat in her omlette than mine. After my sister and brother in law objected that they had not been told there would be an extra charge she said to cancel the whole order, to which Jerry told her that they were already remaking it. Eventually and after seeing how upset they got, Jerry came back with the corrected dish and said there would not be an extra charge after all. A good manager would have handled the situation better than this one did from the get go. I know for sure the rest of my family present will not go back to this location.
