Absolutely terrible service, as the managers clearly do not know how to run a restaurant properly. All the tables are dirty with a line of people waiting out the door and no one cleaning the tables. This restaurant is in desperate need of better management with the kitchen staff in order to get food in a timely manner in order to prevent these unreasonable wait times and empty, dirty dish filled tables. One server aswered the phone, put a customer on hold, and never came back.  Food is amazing but service makes me never want to come back. Cooperate needs to take a look at this location and fix things immediately.

Food was good but the coffee wasn't as good as the Waffle House. Very good waitresses!

I've read the reviews on this place I'm not sure when most people are going to this IHOP but everytime me and my family have been here it's been wonderful..... service was great and service was awesome !

We had a great experience. Food especially! The pancakes were fresh and fluffy as a cloud. All staff were smiling. The general manager Eboni Foster was present and was very pleasant. Clean restroom. Prompt services and even the menus had been cleaned. Well worth your time to find if you are looking for a great place to eat. Plus quaint shops near to shop if you have time. Also historic Ram Cat Alley in Seneca SC is approximately 6 miles East in highway 76.
