Good service, good food,nice atmosphere. Had prime rib with baked. Potato done right. Rib was room temperature by the time our group of ten got served. Still, had a good flavor, was done as requested and was served with salad and bread. $$$

Horrible food! Went there for a retirement party of approx. 30 people. I ordered a scallop dish around $24 to $26...there couldn't have been more than 3 or 4 scallops that were chopped and swimming in oil and cheese. On the side, I had mashed potatoes which seemed like they were instant. My boyfriend was disgusted by his meal and couldn't finish it and others around us were also very disappointed. The only reason I didn't complain was because I didn't want to be rude during the retirement party. Go to Blue Heron down the street, so much better!

I've eaten there before and was sadly disappointed this visit. My steak had no flavor and was dry. However, the price of around $29.00 would have made you think it was something special. They had no hard ciders and the dessert was just ok. The dessert seemed like one of those pre-made pies from the grocery store. Nothing special. It was peanut butter something another. The sun was directly shining in my eyes. I asked him to lower the blinds but he said they were not adjustable. He offered to move us to another table but who wants to do that in the middle of their dinner. This is a known issue. They need to either have adjustable blinds, a nice decorative screen to block the sun at that point of the day, or not seat customers at the tables that are affected by the blaring sun. It ended up being the worst meal I've ever had for an anniversary dinner. 8 happy years but I wasn't really happy that night. On a positive note, the loaf of bread brought to the table before the meal was fresh, warm and melted in your mouth.
