I would like to say that some people who work there needs more work experience and how to understand that when someone ask for more napkins or just whatever the customers ask should be given. So yes this place needs to more people who know how to keep their customer service experience more update. And yes I understand that it gets busy in the evening but of course it would be great if they could have some people who have been more trained.

This is my FAVORITE place to get breakfast foods. They have awesome customer service and I've never had to wait long to get my food. Also, if you want to just order food and eat it at home or something, you can just call in or go in and order and they will give you takeout.

This place is nasty and needs new management as well. Me and my family waited on the couch for 30 mins to get a table here (with a bunch of others as well), the problem is that I could see 8 open tables right in the middle of the restaurant through the window. Also, the staff told me that the wait would only be 10 minutes. After I waited 30 minutes in their stank lobby, we threw in the towel and left. In the past I have also come here a few times out of desperation to find a breakfast place with my family, and have had a stomach ache before I even left...every single time, and that's not a coincidence!

Had not been in a long time so thought I would stop in.  Hasn't changed much.  Restaurant was clean, decor was very dated and reminded me of a cheap hotel lobby.  Wait staff was tackilly dressed in a mixture of Hawaiian shirts and Seahawks jerseys. Service was quick and my food was prepared as requested.  Food was nothing special, not bad, but nothing to "write home about".

Was seated for 10 minutes+ and no waiter came up to offer us water or coffee. 3 other tables were seated afterwards and they got their beverage and orders in before us. Got up and left, extremely disappointed
