This is the slowest drive through I’ve ever been in! They consistently have a huge backup and take way too long to get orders out. If I’m going to a fast food drive through then it means I ain’t got time to wait 10-15 minutes for food. 

Additionally, their burgers often come out looking like they slapped it together blind folder using only their elbows. You’re telling me I waited that long for this?? Come on now, get it together. 

Also, even when I walk in trying to “beat the drive through line” that’s always backed up, they’re even more backed up inside. One day the opening manager left early because it was slow (on a Saturday around 2-3 I believe). No one was available to work the register, so we all just stood around waiting while people kept saying “someone will help you shortly.” It took about 30 minutes to get my food, and that’s only because the next manager came in and finally started working the register. Fast food is one of the easiest jobs! It’s meant for teens with no skills to be able to enter the work force. Yet, here are adults that can’t get basic things figured out.

Very busy therefore a little slow getting our order out but that's not why they didn't get five stars. The place needs a good cleaning. The floors and windows were... nasty. The kitchen area looked good but the dining area left a bit to be desired. 

Food quality was good.

Poor service. The order was incorrect and charged incorrectly three times in a row during one visit. Food quality was good.

I don't like the people in the drive thru they have no customer service and they seem pissed off and like you're wasting their time. I order 3 kids meal chicken stars and they park me every time. I have been 5times and they tell me it's a 5min wait yet it turns into nearly 25min I had to get all 3 kids out of their car seats and drag them inside starving wondering where their dinner is and not one person would aknowledge me I stood there waiting patiently for another 6min when they finally came over and helped 3 other customers as I stood to the side and they ignored me I politely ask for my food and they said it will be a few more min they will bring it out its a joke. I don't take them there anymore, I could have gone and bought frozen nuggets, drove home baked them and they would have been done eating the time it took to get it from this place. My god. Not even a sorry. Nothing. And I'm not one to b***** and make a scene I remain polite just ready to go off. I tried just getting my money back but the person helping me couldnt??? Really, get it together

OMG!! That bacon western burger is amazing. 2 for $6 cant be beat. I just wish there was one in the void between Marysville and Tukwilla.
