I wish I could give this -5 stars. I have never in my life had such horrid service. Not only did they have one waitress to cater the entire restaurant, she had to ask 4 times what we wanted to drink over a 30 minute period before we even got our drinks. Even then, she always got it wrong. After 40 minutes of waiting for our food, and having 3 different tables food brought out to us, she finally brought 2 of our 3 meals out correctly. Once again, one was completely wrong. It then took her over 20 minutes to bring and process our checks. She shorted me over 6 dollars. I asked to speak to the manager who then tried to correct the change he shorted me AGAIN. good hell. He then no joke, tried to pay me off by giving me $10 extra. What the hell bro?? You're trying to pay me to have a good experience after the most disgusting service of my life? I will NEVER go here again and make sure none of my friends do either. Avoid this place like the plague. The one is Orem is way better and worth the trip up the road.

Well, they were severely understaffed so there was a 30 minute wait. I ordered a Philly cheese steak which had onions and peppers in the picture but when it came it was literally meat on bread. Pretty dissapointing and tasteless.

This is our third time coming to this IHOP and we have never had a good experience here. It takes a while for the first waitress to come and ask us about drinks (more than 10 minutes). And the food is not something to brag about. Everytime something has been cold. If it were up to me we wouldn't come here anymore. But for some reason my wife thinks things will be better.

The food is a lot better then I remember, but the service is slow.
