Sometimes we eat here and it's great. Then sometimes not. It seems that they are out of a lot of food. We always get the beef tips breakfast which is very good and they were out of tips. So we picked something else. Service sometimes great and sometimes not. Basically it is a hit or miss.

Nasty on top of Nasty =NASTY. Management need to be properly trained, need to learn how to speak to their employees. The carpets look like it haven't been cleaned since the building open up

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! 3rd time we've went and been disappointed but this time was the worst. Only went back because my nephew wanted pancakes. Waited 1hr for food to come out. None of it came at the same time and all of it was wrong. Was out of drinks for 20 mins and finally chased down a waitress (that wasn't ours). Worst part about it was that our waitress IS THE MANAGER. Bathrooms were also disgusting. One stall was out of order and the other toilet was literally covered in feces. Will never go back. I don't see how they're still open. Several other people waiting for food/upset.

This I-Hop isn't the best but it gets the job done if you're hungry for breakfast. It's about the same quality as any other breakfast spot in Conway. The service is terrible though

Don't waste your time here. We stopped in on our way to the coast. Jump on 65 north and go to Cracker barrel.
