Sooooooooooooooooo slow my waitress was nice but had no since of urgency.. she moved so slow. Took almost a hour for food 10min before anyone took my drink order. And we only been checked on twice.. I'm not coming back

Service was amazing! My server took my order, and got my coffee in a timely manner! Checked in on me efficiently! Atmosphere was great! It was quiet with several late night patrons. Food was perfect! I tried simmering new, the steak omelet, and it was super yummy!! I'll have that again next time!!💜

Horrible customer service, we had 3 diferent waitresses. My husband did not get half of his food until we asked for the check they remembered. We asked that they sing happy birthday to our son they never came out to do so. We informed the manager he did not care at all. What happened to great quality customer service ?!

This is a place I visit often, and some of the staff recognized me. Today I had the worst experience I've had in the entire time I've been going. My parents came to town and I suggested this based on my decent experiences previously. We waited about 15 min before I walked up to the desk, where two cashier's/waitresses appeared to be helping one customer. I said, "Excuse me," and was in. I said it again, louder. No response. So I asked which if any of them was a manager, and the store manager piped up from behind the desk, "I am the manager." So I informed her we have been waiting on a waitress for 15 minutes to just get drinks. So said, "I'll take care of it." We waited another 5 minutes, and left. The manager is new, so I don't know if that was the problem, but the service was bad enough that I will likely avoid this place in the future, despite my previous experience.

HORRIBLE! Sat down and waited 15 minutes with not even a waitress stopping by to say "What would you like to drink?" Told the manager and she said "Be right there." Nobody ever showed up. Waited 5 minutes and went to FREDDY'S next door. Thank goodness for FREDDY'S! I had delicious food in less than 5 minutes at FREDDY'S! Monday August 28 2017 12: 25
