It was a spur of the moment visit to Ihop. We were seated and while telling the server (who was very polite) what we want to drink we noticed small ants crawling up the wall. We were seated at a different table. Once we ordered and got our food we soon after noticed another small bug. We told a different waitress as to not be troublesome. Who was again very polite. She chased the bug under the table and killed it. She walked over and told the manager. The manager replied "It was probably just a moth!" the waitress said "No I saw it it was small and black." The manager said " Well we can't do anything about it with our doors always open and customers in here!" she then stomped over to our table and handed us the ticket and told us " I took off 10%" Naturally we said thank you. She said" We have taken every precaution we can it does nothing I have them all in my kitchen at our house." Wish we had a better visit I am very disappointed.

Let me just say our server Daniel S. Was great. We was there around 6:00 AM after work.  A table of 3. As we was being seated a manger was yelling at an employee in front of customers everyone was looking like wow.  She was just rude. How does someone stay a manger who treats there employee's like this.  And at the end she gonna try and be all nice saying have a great day . No . The 3 of us all work in the same restaurant Industry and has never been talk too the way this manger talk too her people.  From what we understand it's like that all the time. So I hope the upper management take notice and do something about it.  Or better yet I'll just call corporate.  This is unacceptable .

Well the food was good and fast... service was ok.. but once the food arrived that was the last time she came by.. no refills! And another waitress brought us our check.

I really enjoyed the food.  But my waitress Shawna Miller was extremely polite and her service was awesome.  I give her 5 stars!
