09-06-2017 My experience was great! We were seated immediately and brought a highchair for my daughter w/o having to ask. Our waitress was very nice and checked up us on every 10 minutes. We didn't have to ask her for more pop. She was very on top of things. I didn't get her name but she was amazing. The food came pretty quick and everything was delicious. The place was nice and clean all the employees were very polite and in a good mood. I felt very comfortable...will definitely come back! This was my first time at IHOP and I loved it. Left our waitress a $10 tip 🤗

Had a wonderful sweetest day breakfast with my baby about time I was able to take my boo out to eat etc make the day about pampering and showing/ making him feel loved like he does me on every holidays b day etc well hell everyday really. We get valentines day they say it for us both but we all know the girl is one who gets all the attention so they said guys need a pampering and love day for themselves. I tried baby love you so so so very much husband of mine and if I was able to make your sweetest day even a quarter of what you make everyday( my life) for me then I was able to do something great!!!! Your the best thing that has come into my life since my children and I'm never and i mean ever letting you go again 13 years ago made that mistake

Food hot and good, however the waitress, Bianca has no personality what so ever. Don't get me wrong, her service was fine. She just never once smiled. Definitely not a friendly person. She dropped my check on the table and walked away. No thank you or have a nice day. Oh well I go there a lot, so I'll just sit in a different section next time.

I normally do not like to be negative in reviews, but this is the worst IHOP I've ever been to. I'm sure it may have just been my timing (when I arrived there), but still. I went there for the first time a few days ago, and promised myself to never return there after encountering a couple of turn-offs: First turn off: As soon as I walked in, I was instantly greeted by a blasting chill from the AC unit (I should note that it was 5am and already chilly outside). Second: After waiting about a minute or two for someone to help me (I was literally the only customer there), a nice lady greeted me and walked me to a table. She asked how I was doing that morning and, after I responded with "Tired. And you?", she replied with "I'm tired as hell!" It shocked me a bit, but it got worse. One of her coworkers tried to correct her on the issue, but she then jokingly added: "It's cool ... This is my cousin!" That normally wouldn't be too much of an issue, but the fact that she didn't care that she was intentionally unprofessional to a paying customer made me want to leave. That was a major turn-off for me. For the record: I am not related to her [to my knowledge]. Third: [Please note that, at this point, I may have been a little picky with everything since the environment and customer service was terriblly unappealing - making me search for something that I can be happy about] The quality of the food was sub-par and did not justify all of the previously mentioned turn-offs. In conclusion: I was, in total, displeased with my experience there and will not be returning for another visit.

I live the music they play. The clientele, the manager and the wait staff. Their smiles. The food ain't bad either. Love that they're always open.
