"Skip the wait" they said. Don't even think about ordering here online. When I ordered online, I was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. Of course, I did not believe it, and even went there at 20 minutes. When I got there, the counter didn't even know I ordered and was not honest enough to me about it. I was told it will be ready in another 15minutes. I eventually got my order, I left immediately because I was already running late on my lunch break. I was unpacking the food when I realized it was incomplete. I called the manager, he told me I can come by anytime to pickup the item plus a breakfast coupon for free. So I went there later that day, and guess what? I wasn't given any coupon. Take my advice, you are better off ordering a takeout there personally than online. But they have bad service anyway, so...meh.

Appetizers and food were cold, (mozzarella sticks, pancakes, eggs, and bacon were all cold). Waitress never asked us for refills. Manager or lady at register saw my daughter spill her drink on the floor, but never brought her a new cup nor refill. Never cleared dishes from appitizers, I had to put on another table myself. By far the worst experience I ever had at an IHOP!

Last year (2016) I went here the service was bad and the food was cold. We wait a very long time for our food and the staff was not friendly. This year was so.much better. They have redeemed themselves by having friendlier wait staff and good food.

Today i eat my breakfast at 7:30am. Payed 17.36+3$ tip But cashier charged me 7$ tip. Its not right guys. Without my permission you robbing me for 4$. I called back and complain about that. Hope GM will see this post and handle the situation. I will never eat in IHOP again. This situation Makes bad dot for IHOP reputation.

It's was freezing cold in the place we said something and it seemed to only get colder. It literally took close to an hour for our food to come out... and the wait staff didn't even apologise or offer anything for the wait. This must be typical for this location... and the food certainly was not worth a dime, Came out cold gee I wonder why!! And one order was wrong. I wish I could say it was busy but it was 1am and there was only maybe three other table occupied
