The place is tidy and the staff friendly. The problem is that they were not very organised when we visited. We had booked the Swedish couples massage and when we got there, the room was not available. They still had other people they were attending to. We were told the room would be available within 30 minutes. We had to wait an hour before we got our massage. The masseuses were very good, though. They made up for the long wait. The overall experience was not too bad but they need to work on their scheduling.

I had a Swedish couple's massage recently with my boyfriend. I was afraid to use the Groupon because of all the negative reviews. Once we booked our appointment, we were unable to adjust the time or date which was a little frustrating. Regardless, we sticked with the original time. We were greeted warmly and on time. The massage room was comfortable and clean. Our therapists gave good pressure and it was a nice experience. Parking was a little challenging and you do need to tip.

The massage itself was okay. There wasn't that much pressure and they didn't focus on the areas I asked for. However, even before the massage, they were 30 minutes late and offered no explanation for the delay. No one else was in the lobby either. We were just sitting without anyone saying anything. As we were getting up to leave, the massage room was suddenly ready. And then after the massage, the woman at the front immediately told us to tip. She did not ask about the massage nor did she explain the 30 minute delay. She just kept telling us to tip in a very aggressive manner.

Had the pleasure of receiving the couples massage with my fiancee and I. Our two therapist were great. They made sure we were taken care of. I live in Dallas and was visiting for the Cowboys vs Redskins game and we were able to book an appt before the game. My fiancee fell into a deep snore twice during the massage. Needless to say, the experiment was very relaxing.

They are awful. They forced us to tip while we were not happy with the services at all! Also, they lied to us about their prices! The massage itself was not good at all. Not worth even half the money that we paid!
