They are very nice people to work with. Other services that I have used in the past have tried to screw us up. They are definitely doing an honest service at Illinois Business Financial Services. They have helped us with loans and other financial services.

I have been working with IBFS for about a year now. The man that we worked with was great. He has come out to my place of business  to meet with me. He has always been very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever I ask of him.

They took time to listen and understand the structure of financing for the project. They are particular with paperwork to ensure no snares with their SBA submission. The loan officer is from the banking industry and understood our process which was helpful.

The staff was really professional. They were honest and timely. When ever I submitted something they were able to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

They were really good with all the paperwork and letting us know what we needed to have prepared for the process to begin. The staff they have available is well aware of the different loans that are available and all of the banking requirements.
