Very slow to answer, or flat out won’t answer the phones. Online boat registration renewal charges not only the fee for registration, but also a ‘convenience charge’ for the pleasure of using their subpar software looking straight out of windows 95. Generally unhelpful on every other occasion I’ve tried to contact them as well. Would give -5 stars if I could.
The conservation police lodge is not located at this place. The place listed is the department of natural resource building which houses many units of government.
Never pick up the phones, been trying to reach them for two weeks now. And today I have been on hold for two hours without even speaking to anyone, going to see how long till they hang up on me. What a joke. Good luck with renews and registration of your watercraft.

The dnr lady raised her voice with me I asked her to not raise her voice then she hung up on me unbelievable are these public servants paid by our tax dollars?
Send check for boat sticker renewal back in March, got email that they had received it on July 14!!!!, still waiting for my sticker to arrive via USPS. Today is August 26. Had tried contacted their customer service about it, waiting time was more then 1.5hrs! then finally, someone had picked my call.....after a minute or so of talking to this person my phone suddenly got disconnected!!! Worst customer service around, whole department is very disorganized like the whole state!
Can't renew my jet skies. Tried online, customer service tried helping me, but no luck. They give me INRD phone number. Call the number and push this push that. Then it hangs up on you. I'm so over all this. It's almost summer and have been working on this since March 2021. Need to Renew 3 more to be ready for summer. Big Fat Fail for INDR.
I guess they lost my boat registration documents. I am trying to get registration on a new boat for more than 1.5 years. They stopped responding to my emails and they don't pickup the phone. I wish there was a way to escalate my case.
When I called I was told I would have a 27 min wait to speak to a representative and have been waiting to speak with someone for 3 hours now UPDATE: after a total of 6.5 hours over the course of 2 days waiting I finally was able to speak with someone
it’s the government , no one cares ! nothings you can do ! the people means nothing to them it’s time to quit supporting them!
