Ruth was nice she was great every one else was not nice. One guy asked for a manager and 5he lady said well I am the manager. The "manager" was short with more than a few people. I've been to the elgin DMV and it's better than this one. Be ready for the long lines

I actually felt compelled to leave a review because the service was so pleasant. Alan was extremely friendly and helpful, and helped me to process a vehicle title registration with ease. The mood in the office, as a whole, was very positive and all employees seemed to be in a good mood. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

ive read the comments and every client said that they are nice service. its really not, everyone was so serious. when i got called in the guy didnt ask me what he needed and then said "this is all junk here" and i was how can he say that, his name started with a P i remember that. then after that i moved into the line and got called down and the guy was asking me questions and he was so quiet i couldn't understand i kept saying im sorry what was that and gave me a dirty look, what kind of service is that, definitely not a good. probably never going there again.

Aron was wonderful....helpful..very professional...all employees are GREAT IN THIS FACILITY...VERY MUCH APPRECIATED BEING A DISABLED SENIOR IN YEARS ONLY😝

I've always left here with a good experience. Some of the employees obviously aren't the friendliest, but hey, that's the DMV for you! Being personable is not in their job description. Just research and prepare what documents you need before hand, be patient and polite, and they'll get you out of there within the hour.
