I have been trying to get a hold of somebody to see why the hell I don't have insurance yet and I now have 3 days till I owe thousands of dollars in medical bills. I am pregnant! I need insurance! They didn't tell me they were going to cancel it in the first place! I needed proof that my daughter was a US citizen... seriously??? Well I have given them that proof 4 times and I have been to their office and left emails and voicemails ("they'll get back with you in 1-2 business days" it's been 14!!!) And I haven't heard anything back and I still don't have health insurance. This is ridiculous!

The menu says calls will be returned within 2 days but they're not. I've called several times over the past couple months and still have not got a return call. I was approved for food stamps months ago and qualified for emergency food stamps but my card is still inactive, I'm still hungry, and no matter what time of the day or week I call, all agents are supposedly busy helping other callers.

This office and the people working there are. Uneducated and socially incompetent. Even the guard is a complete idiot. I hate dealing with these people. And then you get to sit with a bunch of people who don't bathe while you wait.
