I was recently at Illinois Neurological Institute, they did a fusion surgery on my l5-s, they did a phenomenal job I'm very happy with how they did. Dr. Den was my surgeon who did my procedure in my back, he is a great doctor if you ask me, I give him two thumbs up!, if I had more thumbs to give I would give them. Thank you Illinois Neurological Institute for fixing my back I owe you the world, and everything that I'm able to do in it. But it was paid for by my workers compensation, so I guess all'n all I don't do anything. But you get what I mean but you get what I mean
