They did a great job on my commercial roof. After doing my due diligence and getting 3 quotes, i decided to go with Illinois roof masters because of recommendations and price point. Good quality and saved me money.

Hail damage - not terribly noticeable. I had one inspector come out and say "your deductible would not be worth it". I thought about it and decided to call IRM. Rick came out two days later - we walked through the place again and he pointed out lots of items. We contracted with them, my insurance adjusters completely agreed - IRM then handled the permits worth the price on it's own - and then their crew was here only 1 day for the garage and 1 day for the home. Complete clean-up - you wouldn't even know they were here. My wife and I were so impressed, we spotted each crew member a $20. Rick then reminded me of a discount we had discussed and that was not figured into the price on our initial invoice - which they honored. I live in Lockport severe thunderstorms are year round.  After a storm I saw part of my chimney and pieces of the roof in the driveway and back yard.  I called Illinois RoofMasters. It only took that one call and everything was taken care of. The roofing team was excellent.  The roofers are professional, experienced and respectful.  I recommend them to my friends and neighbors all the time.

Highly recommend Illinois Roofmasters, they were wonderful to work with and their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was excellent.  I cannot recommend them highly enough, and the quality of their work was really good.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Roof that was installed a few years ago still under warranty was damaged in wind storm. I’ve called repeatedly with no answer. When they did answer they said they would call back when then retrieved the file with no call. Then they answered one time and said they were sending someone to look at the roof and they never showed up. Now they don’t answer the phone and it goes to voicemail. Horrible customer service.
