I read some of those negative reviews and thought maybe I should find an other place. I went today. I paid close attention to what was going on and how people were treated. It was a pleasant surprise. The employees were friendly and business like. Very efficency and had a steady pace. I did notice something. Some people don't want to follow the rules that are in place and become irritated. You can't blame the workers if you don't have the proper documents etc. Some people just don't want to follow the rules or for the law for that matter. I guess it is easy to blame others for your own bad attitude or lack of following the rules. This site is very organized and well supervised. Good job to all who work there.

I went to get a sticker for my license plate, as the address had changed. I was able to get in and out quickly and the two members of the staff I talked with were nice. No issues here. MUCH better than the Chicago office I used to go to.

This facility is the best hidden gem I've found for getting things done and being done in a reasonable amount of time. People are almost always friendly and professional, it's clean and because it isn't overcrowded it feels less stressful than other facilities I've been too.

This is the best DMV %100! This is my 3. time in here. Always they are fast always they are helpful. Even last time when I was here I was trying to write review but my number came up I couldn't write 😊 Clearly I can recommended!

Poorly managed office. The officer at check-in desk told me all documents are in order and invited me in. However, after waiting for an hour and a half in line the clerk who processed my case told me she needs a banking statement. Why did check-in officer never mention it? The same officer at check-in desk, while inspecting documents of couples, insisted that male customer stands to the left of female. Why? I don't know. Maybe he followed instructions or maybe he just did it for fun - he never explained. Lady who processed my case asked if I am US citizen. I handed her my passport but she never looked. Then why ask the question? I wasted half of my day at this location. If you value your time, please go to another office.
