For A CDL Facility, there should more professionalism.  Our license is our lively hood.  They should just as professional as they want us to be.

The worst Dmv I've ever been in. The employees are super rude. The older heavy set woman at the front desk really needs to be re-trained or something (didn't have a name tag on so I couldn't get her name) . She had an attitude with everyone before me, I called her ma'am and was as nice as possible to her and she still gave me an attitude. I'll never come back to this place.

Rude and racist! Forget it if you even have a slight language barrier! I wish I would have caught the name of the woman that was "serving" me. She was impatient with me from the moment I walked up to the counter. She would interrupt me every time I would attempt to ask a question and instead of answering the question as she supposed to, she would instead make me feel like an idiot for even asking it! I also tried calling them on the phone prior to my visit, it was the same deal. They were basically trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible without answering any of my questions.
