They will lose your items, and when you call back to find out if they have turned up they will act like they don't care. They are dealing with high price items and could care less .

I was given an heirloom quality cross-stitch tablecloth by my mother-in-law. The cloth was over 60 years old, as were most of the stains on it. It was comical to look at it after we had marked as many stains as possible with little pieces of tape. You could barely see the fabric!  As Carla and I marked away, David came into the store.  We discussed the fact that most of the stains would probably not come out, due to their age.  I told them I would be happy if they could merely lighten most of them, as I intended to pass the cloth on to our daughter. David promised to see to the cloth himself.  When they called to say the piece was ready I picked it up and brought it home figuring something was better than nothing.  I removed the plastic and laid the cloth out.  I was brought to tears by what I saw.  The cloth was restored to its original beauty and brightness.  EVERY single stain was removed.  The dingy yellow was COMPLETELY removed and not one of the perfect stitches was harmed.  There was no chemical smell left on the piece, either.  I can't say enough about the attention to detail and outstanding customer service I received.  They have won my business for as long as we live in this area!  Not your standard dry cleaners!! Thank you for preserving a precious gift we can now pass on to our daughter!!!!!
