I have been taking 6-8 men's button down dress shirts to Payless cleaners in Rockwall every week for several months. Two weeks ago i had 3 of the 6 shirts top button crushed and chewed up. I returned them and they fixed the buttons at no charge. Last week we brought in another round of 8 shirts and pointed out that our last round had a few buttons destroyed. Sure enough we go to pick up the order and 3 more shirts had their top buttons mangled. I called and asked for a manager and was told by the young girl that I needed to call the Plano location but she didn't know his name. I said you work there and you don't know who you work for? She said No. I called the Plano store and left a message for him to call me and have yet to receive a call back. Avoid this place if you like your shirts to have nice buttons. You get what you pay for...

Would not use them again. My bf dropped off my outfit on Monday afternoon for a zipper to get fixed on an outfit and they said it would be ready Wednesday. When I go to pick up the lady said she told my bf it would be ready Thursday (which i know is total bs on her part) the zipper was fixed but they did not replace the hook so my outfit would stay zipped.

Took a high end custom shirt to them for cleaning, came back with a smashed button.  Pointed it out to them, they said they would fix it, a month later I still don't have my shirt back and they refuse to call me back.  I drive out to their main location and they give me the run around.  AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
