The worse nail experience I have ever encountered. Watch out they are not using new items on customers and will spread anything infectious the person before you might have had. When tools are put in an autoclave they should be sealed after they are sterilized. Spritzing some rubbing alcohol on the item is not up to par. This lady upsold me into a gel manicure after all wanted was “cheap”’polish. Her words. I expressed concern saying five years ago I had that done and it was so thick and bubbly. She says, no this is new only been out two years. So I agree. Guess what, day 2 I have thick gross feeling nails with actually bubbles: I went back and asked them to remove the junk. I asked for my money back and the manager was incredibly rude. Said he would fix the two nails but there was nothing wrong with the work. It was terrible! I had to spend an hour there for them to remove this nasty stuff, scratch up my natural nails and my fingers were stinging for hours after it all. And he spent the whole time telling me I was wrong and their work was impeccable. Go somewhere else I would not ever repeat business here.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. After trying to correct the nail tech for two hours on that my nails didn't look right .. they charged me 96.00 on a pedi/ mani.. they used dirty tools, didn't clean the tub before putting my feet in.. the nails were crooked , thick and bumpy. This after they convince me that I should put fake nails over my real nails because I have such thin nails. They proceeded to start cutting my beautiful natural nails down.. then gave me the worst set of nails I have ever seen.. then began telling each other how picky I was being and called me stupid, not realizing I could understand what they were saying . I would haven given two thumbs down ..  it I couldn't post unless I gave at least 1 star

I've been there a few times, and it's the only trusted place I can go. Their prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is very nice. The owner is friendly, and everyone is up to conversation. They're nail art work is beautiful, and are timely.
