Shear Bliss puts and updated spin on salons in Tomah while Indoor Beach gives you that touch of sun. We are going far! Services offered include expert hair services, varied levels of tanning, pedicures and manicures. We are your luxurious one stop shop!

Must be 16 years of age to tan and must have parent/guardian come into the salon to sign a release form with the minor. Must also have picture I.D. with proof of age.
At age 18 a new release needs to be signed by the tanner.

Great staff, excellent work, and clean modern feeling environment. I've always left in a better mood than I went in with, staff is fun and energetic. They will not disappoint. Would defiantly recommend to friends.

I normally don't do reviews but I just had such a wonderful experience that I just had to, everyone there was so incredibly friendly, and my stylist was AMAZING. I wanted highlights and described what I wanted and she made it EXACTLY what I expected. I've had so many compliments on it and I've been way more confident than I've ever been. I HIGHLY recommend this place and the stylist Kyra to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I got my hair cut from Kyra there and she is the only one I will ever go to. She was able to transform my boring dull brown into a shimmering reddish gold. The difference was so profound. She also provided amazing costumer service while I was there and went above and beyond to fulfill any of my requests.

My fiancé went here with his sister and waited while she got her hair done. Asked if the staff could fit him in for a haircut and they did. His hair looked very nice, however when he asked if they did beard trims, they told him they'd "figure it out". Should this have been the first sign that he shouldn't have let them trim it yes. Because the day after you could clearly tell that they do not know how to trim beards. He went from having a 6" beard to less than an inch because of how uneven the girl cut it. If you don't know how to do something, don't just wing it! Especially when you're working on a client! He may not want to say anything, but I sure will. Especially when he was there for over an hour getting his hair cut.

The staff was very nice and the place had a very nice vibe to it. However, I went to get full head of highlights and it took them over 4.5 hours to do my hair. I was so tired that I didn't really check my hair. Today(2 days later) I've really noticed that my hair actually has some hint of pink in it. I wanted platinum blonde, I even showed pictures. No, I got 4 different shades of blonde. My roots are horrible looking. Brown/bronze/Golden and pinkish red. The ends looks great but I have no idea what happened. Not that I don't recommend this place but I feel she knew how it looked and didn't say anything. Not somewhere I'd probably go again.
