This company makes cheap homes and charges higher than normal prices. I am currently living in a brand new house made by this company. 
match box homes, tiny lots. I could hear my neighbors whispering in their bedrooms.  crowded subdivisions. you can barely accommodate 2 cars visiting.    dollar store fixtures, cheap designs throughout the house (Laundry in the living room). Here's one advantage for people who do not like to cut the lawn. THERE is no front yard. Advice: before you visit their model homes try visit the Ugly sub-division they built. They have no taste in building homes.

Great place for everyone to enjoy. Very developed and rich area. Plus it's right beside the falls.
