Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Moved into my home that was pre-bought 5 months in advance, that was unfinished and things that were done were not done right! The floor plan upstairs was wrong, the flooring on the main level is separated with large gaps, finishing of the hallway ceilings is unprepared dry wall. My concerns were dismissed by the owner and his site manager and 2 years later still nothing has been done. BUYERS BEWARE, this business is full of scammers and crooks. Spend a bit extra and build with a better company!

Con artist company. They are scammers beware! They were selling homes at $229,900 than tried to scam 30 percent more with $140,000 down. I hope they get charged criminally for fraud.

Pinewood scammed us $229,900 wasn't true. As a realtor, my clients and I are very disappointed. Michael Jr takes me out for breakfast to thank me for selling 26/78 and this is how they repay us a month later?
