After my initial visit I was very upset. But after being contacted by Paul Mitchell's representatives, I am happy to say that everything has been worked out, I'm very happy with the services I received today, I am very grateful for Elicia, Kaitlyn, and Tiffany. They went above and beyond to correct a mistake and to make me happy. I will recommend these people in that place any day

I made an appointment over the phone yesterday for a coloring appointment at 4:45 for today. Well I guess the front desk lost my appointment because when I got there, they couldn't find me in their system. All I got was an "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do!" So I won't be back since they can't seem to correctly schedule appointments. I took off early from work in order to make this appointment!

I love it here, everybody is extremely nice and out going. I never have a problem when I come to this place. Best place I have been to, to receive a haircut. Definitely would tell anybody and every body about this school! The school just welcomes you and makes you smile as soon as you walk through the front door. Love it!

I went in for an all over color and had a horrible experience. The student (Tyler) who did my hair took so long that the color ended up on my head closer to an hour and a half, I am still trying to repair the damage done by his mistakes. Even though he attempted to wash out the hair dye there was clearly still dye clumped along my hair line on my neck after he "washed" it out - enough to dye my fingertips when I touched it on the drive home - and I ended up having to shower when I got home to get the hair dye out completely. Not to mention his pitiful attempts to clean my hair line by forcefully SCRUBBING with a damp towel, were both painful and ineffective. To make matters worse, he blow dried my hair after I told him I don't use heat and was shocked at how frizzy it became (despite me warning him repeatedly that that is what happens when you apply heat to curly hair) and only put on a smoothing serum / heat protectant AFTER I asked for it. He did not cut my hair after the coloring, even though that was included. He made sure to let me know he was running short on time, insulted my political views, and severely damaged my hair. His instructor disappeared half-way through the process and did NOT show up after to see the results. Hugely dissatisfied and will NOT recommend.

I have begin coming to Paul Mitchell for 5 years. I transitioned from a relaxer to natural with Paul Mitchell's help. I have 3 girls and all but one are natural as well.   I love the Paul Mitchell awapuhi products including the keratin treatment and the marula deep conditioner is what we get with our service. I'm very thankful their services are inexpensive especially when you're a single parent.
