Nice Pic Doc!  Best dentist i ever had.  Root canal was painless.  I have been back to the office for a cleaning since renovation ... same dentist and office just bigger, better, and much more beautiful and impressive.  Dr. O works with another dentist (at least one that I know of) so they are doing great with the bigger business..  Dr. O said, "Call if you need us" after he checked my teeth. This Dr. deserves NOTHING less then 5 stars.  PERIOD.  Once my cap fell off.  I had an appointment within 4 days and Dr. O fixed my cap in about 5 minutes.   He WAS ON IT!  Nobodies entirely perfect are you? but if you want professional and NO PAIN with good emergency treatment this is definitely the place to go.

Dr. O'Donnell has been my dentist for about the last 15 years. Love him and his staff. Great!

Great place to go to the dentist!! The people there make you feel comfortable. I use to be scared to go to the dentist, but not now since I’ve been going to O’DONNELL dentistry. I highly recommend this dentist!!😃😃😃😃😃

Things were great - until the renovation. Now they don't answer phones, don't return voice mails, and their personnel simply hang up when they can't accommodate an urgent need of one of their customers. Highly unprofessional and they've obviously bitten off more than they can handle. Don't expect anything more than a cleaning from this crew.

I have not actually been to this dental group BUT here is my experience:  On their website they have a form that one can fill out to ask questions and tell them what you need as far as dental work.  I gave all my information and said what I needed done. Then I was honest about not having insurance BUT I am able to PAY.  Now, more than two weeks later I have not heard anything from this group (or from Beaumont where I also filled out a similar form) . I assume they saw "no insurance" and decided not to respond.
My question - when did payment (cash, check, credit card) at time of services rendered become a bad thing??
